Rleaf had loyal walk-in customers and product that moved. What it didn't have was a way to sell online: no catalogue to browse, no way for a customer to order or pay without a staff member doing it all by hand.
The deeper problem is one every cannabis retailer in South Africa hits: the banks won't give them a card gateway. So "just add Shopify" doesn't apply. No card processing means no normal online checkout.
Meanwhile customers were searching online, ready to buy, with nowhere to click. The demand existed. The shop just had no door for it.
We built Rleaf's store from scratch. Not a generic template, a system designed around how a cannabis shop actually trades. Customers get a clean way to browse, order and pay. The shop gets one place that handles inventory, organises every order and shows what's selling.
